When going through the configuration wizard for the Exchange Management Pack, there is an option to turn on mailflow monitoring. This facility allows MOM to test message transfer between mailbox servers and mail stores. If you chose the default option, the wizard will enable per-server mailflow monitoring - one mailbox per server. If you want to monitor mailflow between every single mail store on your server(s), you need to choose the Custom option, and then pick “per-store” monitoring.
